Pricing & Upgrades
Base rate for The Crawford is $1,195.
Upgrades are available for an additional monthly cost. Pricing and availability are subject to change. Current upgrade packages for The Crawford include:
WINDOW PREMIUMS
Bedrooms C and D offer windows and require an additional $50 per month.
FLOOR UPGRADES
Additional costs apply for units located on floors 12 and above.
Floors 12 – 15: $15
Floors 16 – 19: $25
Floors 20 – 25: $50
Floors 26 – 29: $100*
*The $100 premium on Floors 26 – 29 includes the ElevatedTM package.
PREMIUM VIEWS
Units on Floors 20 and above will have spectacular views of the UT Tower from the living room and Bedroom D. Bedroom D is subject to an additional $15/month on Floors 20 and above.
PRIVATE BALCONY
A private balcony is available for The Crawford on Level 6. Units with a private balcony will be subject to a $200 increase in rate. Limited availability.
PARKING
Standard Parking is available in the Waterloo parking garage for $300/month. Limited availability.
